IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• To perform and adhere to Preventative Maintenance schedule. Also handle the delivery of hazardous chemicals and waste. Perform light maintenance repairs on simple hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical problems. Install utilities such as conduit, wiring and plumbing for air and water.
• Responsible for checking all equipment for lubricants.
• Operate Filter systems for cutting oil.
• Assist other mechanics when needed.
• Run errands in town for parts and/or equipment.
• Pick up parts, clean, paint, and assemble machines with a Mechanic on duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Safety is a primary responsibility of each operator. Obey all safety rules and make safety an integral part of each task.
• Stop work if continuing is unsafe or will create and unsafe condition.

WHO YOU ARE:

You will relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography. You will separate and combine work activities into efficient work flow.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• High School Diploma, GED
• Ability to use portable power tools, Basic Pneumatics, Hydraulics Troubleshooting, and have one to two (1-2) years experience as a LG 4 Multi-craftsman or equivalent experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Basic Electronics, BS-001 Basic Blueprint Reading
• Successful completion of a skill analysis as required
