As a guide Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. You will be accountable for overseeing a team of technicians, coordinating production schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations in Minneapolis, MN.

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager and work out of our Minneapolis, MN location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations by guiding a team of technicians, coordinating production schedules, and implementing process improvements. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and supervise a team of manufacturing technicians, providing guidance, training, and facilitation
• Coordinate and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
