As a Lead Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance operations for our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our test and production equipment. With your expertise you will contribute to the overall efficiency, safety, and reliability of our operations. You will report directly to our facilities Manager, and you’ll work out of our Redmond, WA location. In this role, you will impact the organization by: programming and troubleshooting new and existing equipment. Collaborating with Engineering and Production Maintenance teams to address maintenance/software issues. Monitoring and analyzing maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual salary range for this position is $38.37- $47.98. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. 2nd shift- Monday- Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to program and address software issues

• Ability to work independently using manuals, engineer drawings or blueprints to solve equipment issues

• Collaborate with Engineers to address maintenance issues
Hands on electrical and mechanical experience

• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5+ years of equipment and software maintenance
• Must be able to work independently
• Mechanical and electrical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Experience with programming and general maintenance of die bonders, wire bonders, lasers, ovens, and metal deposition machines
• Software installation and programming
• Apply strong technical knowledge to solve problems
