As a Lead Field Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and facilitating our building automation systems. You will be accountable for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your strong technical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our field service operations.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager, and you’ll report out of our Pittsburgh, PA location and travel to surrounding customer sites.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and functionality of building automation systems, ensuring that our customers’ facilities are safe, energy-efficient, and productive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, and repair building automation systems within a 150-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Conduct system testing and performance evaluations
• Work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
• Provide training to other field service technician and facilitate with customers

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service or a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation systems
• Excellent problem-solving and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficient with computer skills (Microsoft Office)

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on working experience in field services
• Experience with Honeywell building automation systems
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
