Job Description

Internships within Lifecycle Services (LCS) provide unique opportunities to develop your engineering, analytical, and customer-centric skills.

As aCommunications & Network Support Intern, you will…

• Assist engineers in duplicating customer issues
• Maintain Rockwell Automation equipment
• Interact with customers either by phone or electronically and learn about the various RA products, tools, and services we provide

The Essentials – You Will Have:

• Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

• Met us through an event or interned with us in the past
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Demonstrated desire to deliver high-quality customer service
• A valid U.S. driver’s license
• Geographically flexible as relocation is an essential part of the program
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions
