Integrity Data Coordinator

Job Description

Wood is currently looking for Integrity Data Coordinator to support our team in Iraq/Basra on a daily Basis 5/2 ,Iraq Nationals are encouraged to apply, Basra residency card is required

Responsibilities

Maintain a current and accurate inventory of Piping, tanks, pressure vessels , pipelines , flowlines and their respective inspection records 
Working experience on Inspection data management software to upload and manage the inspection data. 
Be the Integrity focal point with operations and maintenance teams 
Management of integrity data viz.  Anomalies register, leaks register, management of key performance indicators, management of asset register, Inspection PMs and inspection deferrals, pipeline and flow line data management.
Manage corrosion monitoring data viz. daily oxygen control, corrosion inhibitor uptime, biocide batching, corrosion coupon and probe monitoring data etc. 
Develop weekly monthly and annual reports on Inspection compliance, Integrity KPIs, Anomaly status, pipeline leaks, CP compliance, corrosion monitoring etc.  
Lead meeting on Inspection anomalies with operations and maintenance teams and manage the trackers. 
Manage the integrity trackers. 
Develop strategies for optimization and continuous improvement of integrity data management systems.
 Maintenance of accurate database of flowlines and KPIs associated with integrity management
Management of Cathodic protection data, including DCVG and CIP programs. 

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering , preferably Mechanical, Materials or metallurgy – with good academic background
Experience with Integrity / Inspection management 
5 years + experience in oil field
Experience in Inspections, Pipelines, cathodic protection, corrosion monitoring, pigging preferred
Willing to spend some time in the field 15-20%
Good English speaking and writing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with appropriate guidance, 
Able to prioritize multiple tasks 
Demonstrate critical analytical and strong written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Good computer skills including soft skills on Microsoft office, experience with any Inspection data management  Software and Maximo preferred
Familiarity or experience with the following systems desired – work management system, integrity management system
