We’re looking for an inside sales engineer to join our dynamic environment of professionals dedicated to making engineering tools accessible and affordable.

As an inside sales engineer to help lead sales growth in EMEA for our test and measurement products including FPGA development boards, mixed signal oscilloscopes, and DAQ devices.

In this role, you will work directly with the EMEA sales manager (US based), the Digilent sales and support teams and a team of over 40 distribution partners.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responding to pricing inquiries, lead time, and order expedites from direct customers and distributors
• Working with the US based customer service team on order issues, repair and return requests
• Inbound and outbound customer follow up and lead qualification via phone and email
• Work with distribution partners throughout EMEA
• Follow up on sales opportunities
• Assist with keeping online distributor portal up to date (WordPress based)
• Assist with distributor related marketing activities
• Communicate with distributors on new product introductions, updates, and changes
• Forecast quarterly revenue projections by product line by partner

Who You Are:
You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You readily learn and adopt new technologies. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.
For This Role, You Will Need:

• Engineering or technical background
• Min 3-4 years of experience in technical sales and relationship management
• English language proficiency
• Proactivity in pursuing sales opportunities
• Ability to travel within EMEA as needed (up to 25%)
• Adaptability and flexibility as part of a dynamic organization
