Responsible for below mentioned tasks and areas:

• Leading Assembly Workshop in AIM Location, optimized manufacturing process to production shop.

• New production routine set up in MES system.

• People management
– Direct and coordinate the activities of personnel in the various parts of assembly workshop.
– Establish goals for the AIM assembly shop personnel and monitors the result.
– Training plan for manufacturing group people.

• Quality & safety management
– Maintain the required standard of quality for AIM assembly workshop.
– A3 report & root cause analysis for quality & safety problems.
– Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and stipulation prevailing in P.R.C.
– Continuously improve the work procedure, tools, and equipment as well as standard time needed for a more efficient type of operation.
– Responsible for the HSE issue and take care of the subordinates.
– Set up the process of oversize parts lifting and transportation.
