Job Description

Fluor is growing! Our facilities operations and maintenance team is looking for a General Maintenance Technician. The selected applicant will support a variety of activities related to the continued operation of a mission-critical facility.This is a permanent position working a flexible Monday through Friday dayshift.

Basic Job Requirements

• Apply safe work practices to all job functions.
• Participate in pre-job briefings on risk assessments, hazard mitigation, and planned work activities.
• Perform or assist in the performance of routine equipment maintenance activities, following documented work procedures.
• Perform routine rounds to record the current state of facility equipment.
• Support the staging and disposal of equipment and materials throughout the facility using carts or pallet jacks.
• Perform access control activities with cleared or uncleared workers according to site security policies and procedures.
• Performs cleaning of work areas as required.
• Attends technical training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Notice to candidates: Must have, or be able to obtain and maintain, an active enhanced DV security clearance. This clearance requires UK citizenship. Must be authorized to work in the UK.
