As a Field Service Technician your focus is to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work at the Queensland Cultural Centre.
Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
• Diagnose faults, repairs and configuration of Security, CCTV, Electrical and Third-Party Systems
• Software load and Configuration of EBI Systems and other systems as required
• Programming of Security, CCTV, Electrical and Third-Party Systems
• Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Strong experience in Security, CCTV and electrical Systems including troubleshooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis
• Electrical license
• Intermediate to High computer skills – Essential
• Good communication – both verbal and written and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
