Job Description
You will report to the Business Manager, Lifecycle Services and is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Your Responsibilities – you will do
• Assess and document customer automation installed base and network infrastructure
• On-Site support and troubleshooting of product-level issues on Rockwell Automation technologies (PLCs, HMI, VFDs & other motor control components)
• Perform preventative maintenance activities on automation assets
• Support customers to maintain control system health (firmware updates, OS patching, program backups, etc.)
• Support Engineers with small project execution involving PLC and HMI migrations/conversions
• Configure Control Systems (PLC/VFD/Motion/Software) per customer requirements & commissioning customer site.
• Review, redlining & approval of drawings developed in partnership with Global Engineering & Business Services
The Essentials – You Will Have
• Educational Background:Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Nationality: Emirati – is a must(government requirenment)
• Skills:Problem-solving mindset, and effective communication skills.
• Experience:Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
