As a Field Service Engineer – BMS at Honeywell, in the South UK region, you will be responsible for maintaining the systems to help keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable, and cost-efficient Servicing of critical building systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation and energy management and building relationships with customers to understand their needs. This is a field-based role covering clients in and around the region.

Key responsibilities
• Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
• Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
• Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on controls systems
• Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly
• Develop and maintain the excellent customer relations already achieved on site
Key skills and qualifications
• Experience withing a similar role such as Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical and Electrical engineering
• Ability and willingness to learn about new systems and operational procedures
• A good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments
• Ability to troubleshoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively
• Great communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports
