You’ll help transform data into applicable insights that move decision-making within the whole group.

You will report to: Data Analytics & Insights Manager in Katowice.

The job is located inKatowice, on Francuska 46,you will work inhybrid modelof work (3 days from office, 2 days remotely).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with company partners to uncover challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Master the data lifecycle: wrangle, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to build datasets.
• Design data models that unlock powerful reporting possibilities.
• Create modern data visualizations and reports using Power BI, empowering business leaders to make successful decisions.
• Go beyond the numbers: translate complex insights into relevant recommendations.

THE ESSENTIALS – YOU WILL HAVE:

• A track record in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Is a Power BI whiz! (Experience required)
• Can navigate databases and write SQL queries with ease.
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a similar technical field.
• Work with English proficiency.

THE PREFERRED – YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

• PowerApps skills – build canvas apps!
• PowerAutomate skills – make data go brrrrr!
• Azure knowledge – take your data game to the cloud.
• Python proficiency – unleash the power of automating processes.
• Large Language Model expertise – you’re fluent in the future of data exploration!
• VBA and VLOOKUP mastery – advanced at data manipulation in Excel.
• Agile – Scrum and Kanban are not Pokémon names for you.
