Plant Transformation Leader – Manufacturing Operations
Are you passionate about driving manufacturing excellence and operational transformation? You will play a pivotal role in implementing Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standard processes, establishing quality standards, and driving operational techniques to enhance overall performance. If you’re ready to make a significant impact within a dynamic manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What will you do?
• Implement the ETO standard processes in the plant for the complete scope of production/manufacturing.
• Coach & educate the plant production staff on standard processes value.
• Ensure the proper support (training, coaching) during the deployment phases.
• Challenge the status quo and develop the SPS spirit (curiosity, can-do attitude, fail fast and try again, benchmark, best practices sharing, etc…).
• Develop & establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation, with a strong involvement in continuous improvement.
• Make the SPS a manufacturing animation system in the plant.
• Define the yearly ambition with Plant GM and follow up the plant improvement plan.
• Implement operational techniques and perform activities aimed at monitoring an efficient production setup (KPI, headcount, SIM).

• Follow up the manufacturing transformation action plan to cope with plant objectives and deliver the results.
• Focus on the critical improvements and make sure the momentum is there to deliver the expected results.
• Support the manufacturing manager to perform the necessary changes.
• Alert the Plant transformation leader in case of deviation vs the plan.
Qualifications
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
• 5 years experience in leadership role in Operations
• Team player – Team builder (functional leadership)

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Management, Master degree is prefered
• English advanced
• End to End view with the ability to define and deploy std processes for all plants functions.
• Strong ability to influence and convince stakeholders. Resilient and curious.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results – solid network management
