The ideal intern would be capable to support Category Manager with admin and sourcing support such as saving reporting, contract administrative management, supplier classification / data cleaning.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities of the Intern – assist Category Managers to:

• Provide administrative support toSupport data gathering and analysis for Category initiativesSupport making spend analysis for the Category ManagersSupport supplier classification process in FDLManage contract archiving and trackingManage saving reporting and tracking (iManage)
• Support supplier negotiation, e-auctions and communication as required
• Contribute to building and implementing best-in-class sourcing processes
• Support implementing Labor Services Category strategy by providing administrative support to global MSP program implementation

Candidate Qualifications/Requirements

• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• Having active student enrollment in Business or similar
• Excellent understanding of key business processes and organizational dynamics
• Strong analytical skills
• Confident Excel, Power Point, Word knowledge
• Project management and change management experience is an advantage
• Availability: min 24-28 hours/week
• Previous sourcing or negotiating or legal or labor services experience is an advantage
• Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.
• Hybrid / Home office based
