Job Summary
Drive sales growth for Taiwan Semiconductors Industry & north IAFA including AFAG. We are looking for sales expertise with semiconductor and factory automation background, who can empower the sales team of TW to reach the sales target.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
• Handle and manage sales channels and direct customers for the Industrial automation, factory automation market in the north and semiconductor market in Taiwan with existing product offering, new products, or customized solutions.
• Proactively engage the customers with supporting functions such as BD, PM, Engineering, customer support to provide customer beneficial solutions and deliver the sales numbers meeting the target.
• You build strong customer relationships with direct and indirect customers to keep abreast with industry trends locally and internationally to identify growth opportunities.
• You have a good understanding of the industry value chain mapping to provide better coverage and identify opportunities.
• Organize customers and distributors training, participating in customer seminars and trade shows related to the industry.
Who you are:
You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options. You plans and aligns sets objectives to align with broader organizational goals. You identifies opportunities that benefits the customer.
For this role, you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree. Degree in engineering is preferred.
• 5 years plus in sales or business development. Experiences in semiconductor industry will be a big plus.
Preferred qualifications that set you apart:
• Fluent English in business communication is a plus, self-initiated, strong communication skills.
• Experiences in selling handling systems will be a plus.
