Assembly Engineering Intern (Rojo Gomez)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Schneider Electric has a 12 month internship opportunity for anAssembly Engineer Internat CDMX -Rojo Gomez Facilitylocation.

Collaborate with the INDUS Assembly Team to industrialize assembly processes and validate new equipment or tools for new product introduction.

What do you get to do in this position?

Get to know the assembly process to collaborate efficiently with:

• Design Engineers; to build up assembly prototypes to ensure the Design for Assembly (DFA) is adequate and find opportunity areas for optimizing the product design.
• Quality Engineers; to acknowledge process failure modes during the assembly process and mitigate critical process steps supporting the development of mitigation plans
• Test/Automation Engineers for cross-functional development and validation of automated equipment involved in the assembly line.
• Assembly Engineer to support Work Instructions development, Line Architecture Analysis, Line Balance Analysis, Material Provide and Handling Analysis (MPH) and Layout modifications (AutoCAD).

This job might be for you if:

• Active student of bachelor’s degree such as: Mechatronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering. From 7h to 8th semester. Graduating in Dec 2025 or later.

• Effective Communication
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Basic Excel knowledge
