Mission (About the Role)


• You will ensure the execution of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and Control Plan, its completion in due time -and first time- as well as carry out the required follow up with the supplier

What will you do?

• Deploy APQP related to the development/Project phase of purchased components following SE purchasing requirements.
• Assist the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied (APQP elements).
• Follow the APQP progress with the status report and make decisions in collaboration with the program team.
• Manage the process qualification at supplier (control plan and Quality Basics implementation, ensure capability studies are performed and meet expectations, Pilot Run (Run at rate) & process audit), with early involvement of plant SQE/SQA.
• Accountable to pronounce PPAP Status and to deliver validated PPAP prior to Mass Production.
• Give recommendations and/or technical decisions to ensure a defect-free process through program management.
• Through appropriate agreed upon IT tool monitor the PPAP Production Part Approval and create Good Incoming Inspection plan, before the transfer to the plant SQE/SQA.
• Manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviation approval.
