About the Role:

We are looking for an Advanced Project Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team within our projects group based in Asker. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with talented professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary engineers.
• Serve as the technical interface with customers, establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
• Act as the technical liaison to third-party suppliers, ensuring the correct functionality and integration of their deliverables within Honeywell systems or solutions.
• Ensure all necessary prerequisites (e.g., design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, budget) are in place before starting work.
• Ensure that the engineered solution meets project requirements across all disciplines.
• Report progress, technical issues, and/or changes to the Lead Engineer and Project Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• An engineering degree, preferably in Automation and Control or Electrical Engineering, although other engineering degrees will be considered.
• A passion for the design and development of distributed control systems and/or SCADA systems.
• Strong ability to interact directly with customers and manage project design life cycles.
• Proficiency in producing technical design and verification specifications.
• Skill in application software and hardware designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Norwegian language is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
