We are currently seeking anAdvanced Field Service Technicianto join our Honeywell Building Technology Services team in ourCannon Hill, QLDoffice.

The purpose of the role is to service customer sites with a focus on delivering new install works for existing customers, in the field of Automation and Controls. Working with existing field service staff to ensure smooth delivery of minor and major projects that provide appropriate, quality solutions for customer needs, and in a manner that maximises Honeywell’s ability to support such solutions in the future

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance, repairs and commissioning of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
• Deliver SSJs (small service Jobs) on time and within budget
• Project manage or assist in the project management of SSJs
• Engineer and/or assist in the engineering of SSJs
• Commission SSJs/upgrades
• Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes, from Connected services technology for our customers on building performance and interrogation of building systems
• Drive outcomes for building users and building performance
• Flexible task scheduling and day to day review of customer site visits
• Direct Liaison with customer satisfaction as the outcome. Achieved through stakeholder client representatives, customers and service recipients.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• You must hold a valid and unrestricted driver’s license authorizing you to drive the Honeywell Tool of Trade vehicle
• You must provide a copy of your license to your manager before taking possession of the vehicle
• You must also comply with the requirements set out in the Company Vehicle Handbook as updated at management discretion
• You must obtain/maintain an appropriate security clearance for your customer sites
• Ongoing Drug & Alcohol workplace testing
• Pre-employment /ongoing Medical Assessments: re Fitness for the role
• Maintain up to date immunizations and licensing
• Cabling License [as required]
