Regional Sales Engineer & STO Pursuit Lead:

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Responsible to deliver the assigned order booking budget for LPG/NG Product group,
• Complete Emerson and Business Unit (BU) strategic and tactical plans,
• Business Development and establish Emerson as the Supplier of Choice.
• Develop and implement plans to drive and grow KOB3 business and enhance revenue and profit from the existing installed base.
• Evaluate and prioritize RFQs and coordinate with the Inside Sales and Application Eng team to submit accurate and technically sound quotes,
• Negotiate acceptable T&Cs and book clean orders. Top-line order booking, Hit rate and win rate will be used as the criteria to measure the efficiency of the role.
• Work closely with other Emerson Automation Solutions Business Units and improve pull-through content.
• Travelling and meeting customers is a key responsibility to develop relationships, influence decision making and promote value selling of Emerson products, solutions, and services.
• Required to cover customer sites and end users to provide required products, solutions, and services.
• Perform Site Walk Down and Mapping of customer-installed base (IB)
STO Pursuit with Key accounts:
• Supervise the STO timing of the key accounts and be early engaged with the STO manager, STO planner and STO buyer.
• Assist the Sales Manager in charge of the key accounts in providing visibility of future STOs to increase PRM content.
• Close coordination with cross BU Commercial Perfection team for identified top STO pursuits and critical sites.
• Support end users to plan obsolescence programs.
Financial Requirements:
• Will have the ownership of annual entity order booking for LPG and Natural Gas for the Northern Region and reporting, reviewed on a monthly basis, and commitment reported on a Quarterly basis.
Internal Requirements:
• Participate in the PRM budgeting process & monthly POR call, as needed.
• Undertake training to meet the customer site visit requirements, including Power Plants and offshore oil & gas fields.
• Attend and present in internal meetings and training, that includes BU, FCTL & Emerson MEA events.
• Create an opportunity funnel in CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool) and present central initiatives and opportunity funnel in internal review meetings.
• Coordinate to publish success stories through internal portals.

• Fluency in English is mandatory (Read, write and communicate)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Power Bi
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, etc)
• proven track record in the industry
