About the Johnson & Johnson Graduate Programme:
The Graduate Programme is a collaborative programme across the Johnson & Johnson Campus Ireland Sites. It is aimed at high potential individuals who, when given the right tools, are empowered to proactively take responsibility, effect change and make a positive contribution to their teams and the business.

Job Purpose:
Develop, test and install control system software changes with supporting documentation for validated manufacturing systems. Provide support to operations for automation related issues on the production lines. This position will provide engineering experience and may also include liaison with outside suppliers and other Johnson & Johnson sites.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, install and support of the automation control systems within a highly automated validated manufacturing plant.
• Analyse, understand, fault-find and modify automation software.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code to Medical Device standards.
• Provide ideas and solutions for the improvement and development of control systems
• Participate among cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to required quality standards.
• Provide technical support to Operations where necessary.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with both internal and external Health and Safety and Environmental standards for both new and existing installations.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while working to tight schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
• Recent Graduate (2024 or due to graduate in 2025)
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good understanding of automation systems.
• Capable of working within a team to achieve results.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
