Job Description
NSS (Network Security Services) LA project manager is responsible for the leadership and delivery of major NSS programs for large, corporate, and global accounts within connected services business suites of offerings.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee all projects/program activities – commercially and technically.
• Be a primary contact to the customer and NSS consultants.
• Be able to receive assignments in the form of high-level goals and define the process to achieve them.
• Develop project management methodology for initiation, monitoring, control, and closing.
• Plan Customer Service Maintenance BU projects.
• Be able to manage multiple parallel projects.
• Financial control of the contract or project in execution.
• Define the activities of the team and act as the interface between the team, the customer, and other departments.
• Aim at concluding the projects within defined deadlines and contractual commercial and technical conditions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on automation solutions by managing overall project schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Lead multifunction efforts to implement NSS solutions addressing customers’ complex business issues.
• Manage deliverables directly to the customer and support major enterprise-wide projects.
• Collaborate globally and coordinate project/support efforts.
• Lead by example, striving for continuous improvement, commitment, and project ownership.
• Be a team player, supporting collaboration and understanding across all project activities.
THE ESSENTIALS – YOU WILL HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of experience in managing projects
• Is a must have Advanced level of English able to manage meetings in both languages and Spanish.
• Experience working in cybersecurity, network or automation projects.
• Experience with methodologies such as: Waterfall, Agile or PM.
THE PREFERRED – YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
• PMI Certification
