In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Achieve the target for Bookings and Sales.
• Accomplish sales growth in the Industrial Automation Business segment.
• Develop the business and promote the products to the Industrial Automation Market.
• Provide commercial and technical matter including field service activities for all accounts under responsibility.
• Collaborate with Emerson’s other Business Units.

You promote a sense of urgency and establishes and enforces individual accountability in the team. You model collaboration across the organization. You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You observe situational and group dynamics and select best-fit approach. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related fields.
• Min. 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application Software.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills with a wide range of people.
• Good communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Traveling is s part of the job as required.
