In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide site service to installed-based customers.
• Provide emergency service to customers.
• Provide technical support standards and best practices to customers.
• Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organizations.
• Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Subs.
• Manage product recall/replacement.
• Report progress and technical problems to Service Manager
• Co-work closely with all BU team members
• Proactively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.

Who You Are:

You have a supervision role when assigned to specific taskforce. You direct and manage assigned after-sales services to customers, including diagnosis, upgrades, scale-up, start-up & commissioning, installation, maintenance, repairing, training, and Plant MRO/parts. You need to take a leading role working under close supervision.

• Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
• Customer focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Situational adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree in Engineering or other related fields
• Over 0-5 years’ service experience in technical/industrial environment
• Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people
• Good communication skills in both Korean and English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations, and working under pressure
• Traveling is s part of the job as required.
