What you will be doing:
The manufacturing lead support technician is responsible for execution of batch processing activities as required, the co-ordination of activities related to routine operations such as Media Prep, Buffer Prep, Cell Culture, Purification and routine Environmental Monitoring/Sampling.
What impact you will also have:
• Provides coordination to shift team to ensure KPI’s /Schedule etc. are achieved and ensure Delivery of shift team goals that align with the organizational goals and business/operational needs.
• Support Batch readiness, Batch execution, Comet investigations and closure, change control & batch record closure as required.
• Support EHS initiatives, Implement CAPA and Improvements as required
Acts as a designee for the shift Team Lead as required. Provides assistance with other group activities as required and communicates relevant issues to the Operations Team Lead / Manager.
• Support the Shift TL in Day-to-Day scheduling and co-ordination of shift team activities within the: Clinical & Small Scale, Commercial Cell Culture, Commercial Purification or Bio Process Supply business unit areas.
• Support the team and individuals to aid their learning process and acquisition of the skills necessary to perform effectively.
• Constantly encourages continuous improvement and the implementation of continuous improvement strategies.
• Anticipates and plans for future requirements in the area. Works cross functionally with support departments on a continuous basis to build strong working relationships and enhanced interfaces.
• Support SAP activities including idocs and Confirm & Teco Work Orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
We would love to hear from YOU if you have the following essential requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3years experience within a GMP regulated environment.
• Experience in using DCS (e.g. Delta V) system, Unicorn, Pas-X.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a team.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent Organizational skills.
Desirable:
• Minimum QQI Level 6 in a scientific / technical or related discipline
• Previous experience in: Clinical & Small Scale, Commercial Cell Culture, Commercial Purification or Bio Process Supply Business unit areas.
