Wood is currently looking for a Data and Systems Coordinator to support our team in Iraq/Basra on a daily Basis 5/2work scheduleIraq Nationals are encouraged to apply Basra residency card is required

Responsibilities

The Data and Systems coordinator would work in the Surface Technical department and would be involved in day-to-day operations in supporting Facilities Surveillance Data management and operation data. Duties include but not limited to 

Coordinate with various departments/contractors to collect and organize data related to surveillance
High abilities to generate and create performance visualization 
Convert data into meaningful information and draw the key insights 
Develop metrics, graphics, trends and dashboards that have high impact 
Ensure data quality and data privacy 
Collect and manage monitoring and surveillance data such as daily chemicals and lab data, oxygen control, corrosion inhibitor uptime, biocide batching, corrosion coupon and probe monitoring data, lube oil analysis etc.
Management of key performance indicators
Develop weekly monthly and annual reports on compliance, KPIs 
Organize electronic and hard copy records 
Support Integrity, Reliability, Measurement data collection and analysis

Qualifications

Excellent system skills (Database) with knowledge of Business intelligent software’s and visualization tools.
Bachelor’s in engineering or computer and information Sciences 
5 years + experience in oil field preferred
Experience facilities Surveillance activities
Scripting skills preferred
Data quality and data integrity management skills
Strong computer skills – Excellent with Microsoft Office product. 
Good English speaking and writing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently 
Able to prioritize multiple tasks 
Demonstrate critical analytical and strong written 
Interpersonal skills
