YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our division specializing in the paper and steel mill markets, you will carry out service as-signments in the field of speed variation for electric motors in the North of France region, either face-to-face or remotely. The working model for this position is as follows: LinkedIn #hybrid Your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong cus-tomer relationships, but also to identify new business opportunities through your missions below: • Provide technical assistance, commissioning and re-vamping services at customer sites, either face-to-face or remotely. • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on variable speed drives in accordance with service contracts • Participate in project studies • Carry out commissioning on installations using rigorous processes. • Contribute to customer loyalty by making technical proposals to improve operations and cus-tomer service. • Contribute to the development of sales by identifying new business opportunities with cus-tomers in their geographical area. • Ensure on-call and contractual services for customers under contract. • Comply with safety regulations (ABB and customer sites) and applicable procedures. You’ll be joining a young, high-performance team where you can flourish.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
• 2 years’ higher education / electrical engineering degree with significant experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in industry in similar positions (service, maintenance, etc.)
• Knowledge of speed variation, AC or DC electric motors required.
• English: good level required (written/oral)
• Teamwork, collaboration, autonomy, availability, mobility, good customer relations.
• Travel in the South West region and occasionally other regions (70%).
• On-call duty (one week per month)
• Strong awareness of Health and Safety regulations.
