Do you like customer contact and do you have experience in technical service? Then you’ve come to the right place. To strengthen our service sales in the feed and biofuel industry in the DACH region, we are looking for a Service Account Manager (m/f/x) as soon as possible.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Developing service sales in the DACH region for new and existing customers
• Ensuring order intake targets in new and service sales
• Development and implementation of sales strategies
• Ensure the transition from capital sales to service sales for assigned accounts
• Up-selling or cross-selling of service products e.g. maintenance packages, spare parts and wear parts
• Supporting business growth by promoting long-term service contracts and digital solutions
• Defining and sharing customer needs to support development of the service product portfolio
• Support back-office activities by identifying gaps, providing feedback, aligning activities, and securing communication with the account
You have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
• Completed technical training with further training as a Mechanical Technician (m/f/x)
• Professional experience in technical sales of service products
• Knowledge of machines and service products of relevant target industries (e.g. animal- and aqua feed-producers, pet food producers) is advantageous
• Strong negotiation and skills and ability to execute on strategies
• Sense of responsibility, decision-making ability, with a teamwork working mindset, independence, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
• High level of communication skills, technical and analytical understanding as well as a structured and careful way of working
• Reliable with strong hands-on mentality
• Fluent English and German language skills (must have), Other languages (good to have)
• Availability to travel up to 70% of the working time according to business needs
