We have an excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our growing and dynamic team working on the maintenance of predominately Bio-Gas Grid Entry Unit at our client sites across Belgium. Due to the nature of this “on the road” role it will involve a large amount of travel to client sites across Belgium. The engineer will be home based, though the new Honeywell Office in Essen is where the team will generally meet quarterly.

Key requirements:

·You will manage the annual servicing of the facility including condition-based servicing & PPM (Plan Preventative Maintenance) and submit full reports of the job.

·You will be testing the Grid Entry Unit, ensuring they are safe and working well before signing off, provide hands-on training and knowledge to new users/operators.

·You will investigate issues to find any faults and system analysis – carry out any replacements as needed.

·You will engage with clients to understand issues make observations and suggest possible improvements and make recommendations.

·There is a need to cover 1 week/month remote On-Call support as an extra paid activity

·

Key skills and qualifications:

·Graduate in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering is beneficial and Industrial Servicing or Control Systems

·Ideally HND/HNC level qualifications but experience in the Biogas/Biomethane industries is a big advantage

·Solid analytical / problem solving skills and technical skills with a high level of attention to detail

·Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, effective verbal & written English proficiency andgood team player with a keen willingness to learn.

·Able to multitask and manage priorities and self-motivated, consistently takes the initiative to get things done
