In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage and responsible for the product lines assigned.
• Manufacturing technical owner of products. Understand the product design architecture and theory of operation.
• Responsible for product performance improvement through improvement of First Pass an Final Yield. Analyze data, root cause failures and drive continuous improvement to achieve better yield.
• Troubleshoot, repair, assemble and test of hardcore RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and modules from system to component level, using various software and hardware.
• Ensure on-time-delivery of repair services.
• Provide corrective actions and feedback to R&D and engineering teams in associated departments based on root cause determination.
• Drive for CI together with technician, engineering teams and R&D
• Coach and assist technicians in verification of test failures & troubleshooting skills Education Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Instrumentation or related from an accredited engineering program.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Have at least 1-3 years of working experience on RF system/module/CCA in a multinational electronics-manufacturing or services environment.
• Solid communication skill in articulating appropriate level of details to different level of audience.
• Solid project management skill.
• Solid understanding of overall manufacturing system.
• Experience in understanding product architecture and theory of operation.
• This individual must have experience in troubleshooting, repair and testing of RF systems, such as transmitters, receivers, digitizers, PLLs, etc. using various RF instruments, such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters and sensors, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.
• The candidate must be familiar with RF measurements such as power measurements, noise and distortion measurements, and S-parameter measurements.
• Strong understanding of RF devices and components such as amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, etc. is essential.
• This individual must also have extensive experience in PCB rework and soldering with through-hole and SMT components (size 2312 to 0201, SOIC, TSSOP, J-Lead etc.).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in coaching technicians to support production operations and working in various tasks and projects is preferred
