Job Description

This role involves working on softwaredevelopmentprojects within a dynamic and innovative environmentfull time from May to December.You’llhave the chance to collaborate with experiencedprofessionals, gain exposureto various softwareengineering concepts, anddeeplycontribute to improving existingproducts. Hereare some key points to consider:

KeyResponsibilities:

• You’llwork closely with development teams, gaining hands-on experience in softwaredevelopment environments and usingproven development techniques.

• The positionprovides exposureto the full development life cycle, agilemethodology, system design, test-driven development, test automation, and build and configuration management.

Technologies We Use:

• Angular/Node, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript (Typescript), Kotlin, Go, or Python.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education:You must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or universityand able to takea semester off fromschool tofulfillaco-opprogramrequirement.

• Co-Op Requirement: Must be willing to take a semester off of school to work full time at Rockwell.

• Legal Authorization:Legal authorization to work in the US isrequired. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this internship.This includesOPT/CPT/STEM Visas.

PreferredQualifications:

• Currentlypursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, or arelated field.
• Prefer a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.

• Working on asoftwaredevelopmentside-project that exemplifies a passion for continuous innovation and improvement.

• Proficiencyin one or moreprogramming languages, such as Angular/Node, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript (Typescript), Kotlin, Go, or Python.

• Excellentproblem-solving skills.
