An Electrical / Control Systems Engineer is required to repair, service, and provide remote and on-site support to quickly resolve and rectify Electrical, Mechanical, PLC / SCADA faults for major FMCG, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sites across Sydney.
You will be hands-on and responsible for ensuring that the company delivers on the promises outlined in the Client’s Service Agreements (SLA), providing high-quality consistent service by quickly responding to and rectifying any faults or breakdowns across client sites.
Salary / Benefits
- Salary package: $90k – $150K (negotiable based on experience) + Super

Responsibilities
- PLC and SCADA development and commissioning
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Providing remote and on-site breakdown support
- Identifying new business opportunities during client interactions
- Writing documentation such as functional descriptions, user and maintenance manuals, IQ and OQ
- Working safely and maintaining quality and profitability on assigned tasks within a service team or autonomously
- Reporting safety incidents including breaches, near misses, and unsafe working environments
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical Controls or Mechatronics
- PLC / SCADA programming using Ladder, Function Block, and STL
- 2-5 years of experience with Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal
- 2-5 years of experience with Allen Bradley
- Minimum 2 years of Service Technician experience
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Business-level English proficiency
