Job Summary
•Quick and accurate respond from customer’s question, Complete site service on time.
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer from all industry.
•Focus on installation and commissioning.
•Focus on Fisher produces problems solving. Work close with cross function team to solutions and root cause.
•Contribute to the overall quality of the organization in the service and calibration of all applications.
•Ensuring high performance in application by-pass valve (Isolation valve and control valve).
•Maintain the skill level of the whole engineering organization.
•Manage and train other local service guys.
•Valve Condition Monitoring from Emerson Valve Experts to review, analyze, and provide recommendations from control valve data.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
•Troubleshooting and maintenance Emerson ISV products issues requested by customer.
•Provide site service promptly. Technical support and troubleshooting for customer from all industry. Including system troubleshooting, upgrade, start-up & commissioning, maintenance, and application development.
•Keep learning on Knowledge Base Articles (KBA) regarding product applications and sharing experience with team members.
•Diagnosis /analysis/ repair for problem units in factory or customer site.
•Assisting and support Fisher Sale sells MRO.
•support customer valves capital management, provide valves repair technical action with SWD.
•Perform others duty as assigned.
•Trouble shooting and solution within our applications in cooperation with other team members.
•Complete other job assigned by Service supervisor/manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:
•Bachelor or above of Electric automatization & Instrument, mechanical engineering, Automation or related engineering subjects.
•Over 3 years’ experience, isolation valves & mechanical equipment work experience is base, valve manufacturing or related field. Especial the experience of control system.
•Capable of describing and documenting overall trouble shooting.
•Able to understand the engineering drawings and documents
•Fluent reading & writing skills in both English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written english, able to read and translate english technical document.
•Good computer operation, communication skills.
•Expertly operating Microsoft Office.
•High learning capacity and good business understanding
