Education and Experience Required : B.E. – Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum of 1 yr to max of 5 yrs experience. Should have exposure to Safety Applications (ESD,FGS,BMS), Hardware Engineering, handling IO Database, Cabinet Design (System & Marshalling), Safety Application configuration, Total System integration and conducting FAT/IFAT. Should be conversant with internationalstandards(IEC,NFPA,SIL).TuV Certified for safety Engineering / FSM Knowledge would be preferred. Skills and Competency : SIS Engineers: Should have exposure to Safety Applications (ESD,FGS,BMS) as well as Hardware Engineering such as; Hardware sizing, handling IO Database, Cabinet Design (System & Marshalling), Safety Application configuration, Total System integration and conducting FAT/IFAT. Should be conversant with internationalstandards(IEC,NFPA,SIL).TuV Certified for safety Engineering / FSM Knowledge would be preferred. Job Role : Augmenting SIS-SE/PE Resources shortfall and handle the projects execution. Safety System Applications, Hardware sizing, handling IO Database, Cabinet Design (System & Marshalling), Total System integration and conducting FAT/IFAT. Conversant with international standards (IEC, NFPA, SIL). Key Responsibilities : Carries out work packages as prepared and assigned by the LSISE Lead Engineer and maintain close communication about this. Initiate and perform peer reviews of SIS-HW/SW engineering documents and recording conclusions. Verifying that 3rd party components are supported by the necessary safety and environmental substantiation documents. For SIS-SW, performing application software design, engineering, and integration and testing. For SIS-HW, performing hardware design, assembly, and integration and testing.
