In this role, you will oversee EMEA Region projects within the Services, Electrification in Kocaeli (Dilovası), Turkiye, providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures compliance with group health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented in own area of responsibility,
• Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety,
• Shows personal commitment to HSE by conducting sustainability observation tours consistently,
• Manages team(s) of field service engineers and/or technician,
• Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates,
• Works to improve service availability and quality,
• Provides coaching and career development planning for subordinates to ensure that they develop capabilities and competencies needed by the operation. Ensures that the services and solutions to be delivered in the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed,
• Creates, implements and reviews field service operations strategy for designated area based on the global service business strategy,
• Ensures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility,
• Ensures customer retention by delivering superior customer service experience in field service activities,
• Drives continuous improvement of field service quality, enabling a first-time right implementation,
• Drives performance of the field service activities by following up key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving corrective actions based on them,
• Ensures effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines,
• Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements in order to achieve service excellence in own area of responsibility.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering, At least 5+ years’ experience in Field service business,
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience in team management/service management or relevant positions,
• Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills,
• Very good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
• Result oriented, customer focused, strong in teamwork and collaboration,
• Self-discipline and motivation,
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution and automation solutions,
• Native Turkish speaker.
