R&D Electronic Hardware Team Lead

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will identify, propose and implement innovative solutions by contributing with own ideas.
The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification – Smart Power division.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Realizing the design of PCB for analog, digital and power electronics.

• Taking care of the design optimization by identification of technical solutions, exploiting the highest integration with the rest of product (mechanical part, sensors and implementation) and collaborating with the Company departments involved in the Product Development Process (Hardware Designer, Engineering, Quality, etc.).

• Drawing up the technical documentation required for production of the electronic product and carry out activities to support and maintain the product when requested.

• Electronic Components database management.

• Purchasing order for R&D electronic equipment (material and instrumentation)

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• You enjoy working with technical specifications and electronic schematics.
• You have at least 2 years’ experience in PCB design for rigid and rigid-flex board.
• You are qualified with Altium designer or equivalent.
• You are passionate about innovation and team working.
• You have adiploma, preferably technical diploma.
• You are at ease communicating in English
