JOBTITLE: INTERN HUMAN RESOURCES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• ·HR Operations (40% of time throughout the internship period)
ocandidate will be exposed to the employee cycle.
onew hire onboarding, employee movement, benefits administration and resignation.
orecord maintenance and reporting.
• Payroll (20% of time throughout the internship period) – assist in maintaining payroll data include leaves, bank account and etc.
• HRBP – to support on Recruitment, Talent Development projects and Organizational Development (40%)
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above to be eligible for the internship.
• Preferably with knowledge in MS Excel
• MS Office
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-Starter.
