JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Pre Sales Engineer:

Understand customer requirements and provide Schneider’s total Portffolioofsolutions.

Promote SE’s Transactional & Edge solutions to customer during prescription process

Participate in customer meetings along with account manager to build customer trust in SE’s products, systems, technology and capabilities

Define specific value proposition for customer project application and improve winning probability

Educate and train customers and partners on SE’s data center and secure power solutions

Work with Solution Architects/design engineers/Offer managers and Bid team to provide complete, accurate and approved solution proposal to customer

As an Inside Sales representative:

•Account ownership of Mid-market end users
•Drive continuous & profitable growth through virtual connections (cold calls, mailings, webinars, online meetings, social media…) as the primary form of engagement
•Orchestrate customer buying journey and identify key points to deliver value virtually
•Coordinate with other SE teams
•Educating & Influencing End users, creating B2B partnerships
•Share trends on how market is evolving
•Focuses on data analysis & digital demand generation as key methods for defining potential accounts
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics)
• 1-3 years experiences in technicals/sales function. Experience in electric/electronic manufacturing or IT industry preferably
• Technical background, ability to learn, understand and present new product ranges in full of business and personal products or medium range products (including software).
• Knowledge of industry and key players, proven rapport and relationship building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM Tools (desired)
• Proven ability to perform proactively on own initiative, as well as in a team environment
• Drive for results – Strong will to compete and win and achieve in business environment.
• Communication – Excellent written, oral and visual information and influence others while building rapport and credibility
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
