GreenStruxure is a partnership combining Schneider Electric’s industry leading energy management and microgrid expertise with Huck Capital’s sustainability-focused investment and operational focus. This partnership creates an innovative alternative for building owners and operators who want to transition to renewable energy to lower emissions, increase resiliency, and reduce costs, without investing in renewable energy assets and relying on specialists to operate the microgrid.
By offering Energy As A Service solutions under an outcome based model, GreenStruxure ambitions to simplify the market adoption of microgrids, that until now could be a very custom, complex and expensive process by providing standardized, modular, pre-engineered solutions. GreenStruxure’s pipeline projects 5 megatons of greenhouse gas savings.GreenStruxure Energy Services contracted with C&I customers help them reach their ESG goals (decarbonizing their energy consumption), limit their exposure to cost variations (demand charge management) and secure business continuity (resilience) thanks to onsite generation powered by unique digital edge and cloud capabilities.

What do you get to do inthis position?

Showing a strong customer satisfaction and efficiency acumen, combined to an excellent capacity to evaluate and appreciate technical situations and a proven ability to drive resolution of complex issues, GreenStruxure’s Field Services Operations Leader organizes all maintenance operations needed to keep assets in perfect operating conditions.

He/she is in charge of coordinating all required activities in the field aimed at either maintaining (preventative) or restoring (corrective) assets for them to deliver energy flows contracted or more. He/she is engaged into action by the Customer Care technician, or any other resource that would request onsite presence to run regular scheduled maintenance and / or troubleshoot systems that would not perform as expected.

He / she decides to dispatch internal experts (SME’s) or vendors under O&M contract.

He / she has an holistic view of the asset performance, from an energy standpoint, but also from an O&M standpoint also, remaining in the boundaries of O&M cost modeled.

He/she also coordinates the engagement with OEM when called under warranty, as well as RMA requests, spares management (inventory and replenishment). (CMMS, Netsuite, BTGO, etc…)

Essential Responsibilities

Under the management of the Field Services & Asset Mgnt Director, he/she is responsible for:

Asset Management Plan Cost models in BTGO
Asset Management Plan Operational model (asset ID’s maintenance, completion, etc) in the CMMS
Interactions with OEM and O&M to coordinate and track all onsite interventions
When appropriate, monitoring of asset performance in the digital platform (shared responsibility with the entire team)
Update Cases in the case management system for his/her functional scope
Converts Service requests (preventive or corrective maintenance) into maintenance schedules and dispatches technicians onsite
Management of OEM warranties, onsite intervention, spare parts
Fulfilment of service contracts by O&M providers

Qualifications

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:

• Technician degree in O&M, preferably in energy assets (PV, gensets, Electrical distribution, BESS)
• Advanced English Level
• 5-10 years industry experience (Renewable Energy, Utility, Solar & Storage, EAAS).
• Service / O&M experience appreciated
• Customer support & Field Service management experience is a must,
• Operational experience on O&M is highly appreciated
• Hands-on demonstrated experience
• Able to work in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico
• Able to work under Hybrid schemes – work from home policy for 2 to 3 days max/week
• International travel may be required on exception base
• Working across time zones may require flexibility in working hours
