YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility. The work model for the role is: onsite LI#onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation business area in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will be mainly accountable for: • Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points. • Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. • Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. • Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• You are immersed in field services working with clients and the industry market in Argentina.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience performing field services in electrical, automation or related projects. You have 2 or more years of experience in similar positions.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Programming PLC // Drives AC/DC.
• You are passionate about proven leadership, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Bachelor´s Degree in Electronic, Electrical – Automatization Engineering and/or Electronic, Electrical – Automation Technician.
• You are at ease communicating in English at intermediate level.
• You are available to travel in the country and abroad (Approximately one week per month).
• You hold current drive license.
