YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by

displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

This role is contributing to the ABB Process Automation Energy Industries business in Italy.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Perform or coordinate complex and diverse engineering activities associated with service projects and contracts.

• Troubleshoot applying own knowledge and experience.

• Implement actions to fully explore all possibilities and eliminate/minimize problems.

• Prepare or provide input for technical documents such as specifications, procedures, or technical reports.

• Prepares timesheet, service reports, expense reports and other documents immediately following the work assignment.

• Propose to Customers ways to optimize their operations or make general improvements.

• Seek other opportunities to promote Customer satisfaction and foster harmonious business relations.

• Apply all ABB policies and company ethics.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• You are highly skilled in commissioning or service for automation projects. Experience in Power Generation and in Excitation will be considered a plus.
• You enjoy working with the standard protocols used in the industrial market. Ability to demonstrate your experience in problem solving and troubleshooting

• You have at least 2 years experience automation projects and you are passionate about customer relations.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English languages.
