Principal Technical Expert

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced software developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be designing and implementing distributed microservices based platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and work with other specialists across the company in solving complex problems using cutting edge technologies to push the company forward.

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Evaluate product requirements for operational feasibility and create detailed specifications based on user stories
2) Design and implement robust, highly reliable, scalable and secure application on cloud
3) Write clean, efficient, high quality, secure, testable, maintainable code based on specifications.
4) Coordinate with stakeholders (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architect, Quality and DevOps teams) to ensure successful execution of the project
5) Comply with project plans, coding standards and industry standards
6) Create the necessary technical documents
7) Gather the user feedback, evaluate the feedback, recommend and execute improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications

1) 10-15 years of proven work experience as a Software Developer
2) Experience with complex, enterprise level distributed architecture
3) 5+ years of experience in developing API based product
4) 3+ years of experience working on cloud
5) Good knowledge on different cloud technologies – managed services, scaling, caching, data storage
6) Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or relevant field
7) Experience in C# or NodeJS is a must, candidate must be very proficient on any programming language.
8) Experience with Kubernetes will be a big plus
9) Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps.
10) Knowledge of version control systems like GIT (mandatory).
11) Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
12) Ability to document requirements and specifications
13) Able to lead the technical team by setting up robust processes, rolling out efficient engineering practices
14) Proficiency in using software engineering tools
15) Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
16) Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, team-player mindset, positive attitude is key to thriving in this role
