This person is responsible in the development, support and maintenance of Schneider Electrics business applications using generally accepted design & development standards and sound coding techniques tools in support of BU’s worldwide sales growth, productivity improvements (internally and externally), and enhancements to customer service’s processes.

Job Overview:

• 7 – 10 years of designing and building applications experience.
• Provide a 3rdlevel development support (Defect Resolution) on Schneider Electrics various .NET based applications.
• Create and design high quality, cost effective business Applications, and web-based tools in support of BU’s worldwide sales growth, productivity improvements (internally and externally), and enhancements to customer service.
• Handles multiple projects that contributes profitable to BU’s salesgrowth.
• Experience developing quote-to-cash applications and integration with Sales Force.
• Participates in the team’s stand-up meetings to provide updates on tasks and impediments encountered.
• Helps in managing tasks of associate developers.
• Fix and document identified issues and defects.
• Creates required documentation (code, methodology) utilized for designing, creating and supporting Web and eBusiness Applications.
• Conducts research and development using new technologies and software development standards. Evaluates web development tools that maybe utilized in current and future Web and eBusiness Applications.
• Utilizes departmental design, architectural, and development standards, and sound coding techniques to develop, test, implement and support web applications.
• Provides customer support for the Web and eBusiness tools as required.
• Deploys the web applications to their server environments and ensures all server deployments will have minimal to 0 issues.
• Makes every effort to complete assigned projects on time as assigned by Project Manager
• Brings conflicting issues or concerns to the Manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Programming or related field.
• Knowledge in Web development using Microsoft ASP and ASP.NET; Programming using C#.NET or related programming languages such C/C++; Programming using T-SQL
• Knowledgeable in web standards compliant HTML, Programming using JavaScript, JQuery and Object-Oriented Programming Concepts.
• Experience in using Web APIs
• Experience in using ReactJS and AngularJS
• Managing and deploying IIS (Internet Information Services)
• Reading and Designing Data Flow Diagrams
• Driven to succeed in a hectic development environment with multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Products; Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, and provide timely and accurate follow up to inquiries
• Experience in ETL processes using SSIS and knowledgeable in different data sources such as AS400, SQL Server and flat files.
• Knowledge in Amazon Web Services is a plus
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and in BGC, Taguig.
• Role is on a project based employment for 1 year
