Tasks and Responsibilities:
Commissioning and start up of components and systems along the pulp drying production lines within pulp drying team
Operational 24/7 and baby siting support along whole commissioning and start up process
Operate the individual equipment via HMI and/or DCS operator station.
Preparation and implementation of customer theoretical and practical training courses
Optimization of equipment, systems and processes with mechanical and operational adjustments and the use of digital analyzing tools
Troubleshooting, data collection, measurements, data evaluation and reporting during improvement processes
Participation in Take over and Final acceptance test runs
Establishment of good customer relationship to operation and maintenance
Support of Capital and Service product management with pro-active feedback and improvement suggestions to product management, design and engineering
Carrying out pulp drying mill surveys/audits and reporting for smaller and larger upgrade business
Qualification:
Completed technical education (mechanical, electrical, process, automation, papermaker or comparable)
Several years of relevant professional experience of advantage
Experience in the production area of pulp drying systems of advantage
Good knowledge in English language
Independent, structured and precise way of working
High willingness to travel and work abroad even for longer periods
High flexibility in working time and carry out a wide range of tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
