Detailed Role Description

This ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the deployment and continuously developing and improving the quality of Buildings Advisor globally. The profile is designated as the global quality gate keeper of the analytics platform and is a key pillar between the bureau team, countries and CWA. All BA site deployments will pass through this QA manager to ensure mapping and configuration guidelines are met. The candidate is responsible to meet country BA deployment objectives and ensure bureau outputs are optimum to demonstrate value to their customers and thereby delivering results. This role covers all bureau functions related to BA, including deployment, service, alarm handling and customer support function globally. The profile will be responsible for delivery and maintaining quality of US, UK, AU and the Nordics countries.

Primary responsibilities:

• Help Bureaus Implement Schneider Electric Building Advisor offer remotely for all our global customers.
• Technical support and application support for our BA customers globally.
• Oversee the entire customer site configuration within the BA platform and commission the site.
• Analyze analytics triggered from site and finetune recommendations for site.
• Prioritize analytics findings based on comfort, maintenance concerns, and energy waste.
• Guide country Building Advisor SMEs/ staff through the Building Advisor deployment and commissioning process.
• Provision for internal and external trainings
• Remote access to customer BMS and assist for issues related to BA deployment and application integration issues.
• Update customer on actions and meet the project timelines strictly.
• Liaise between countries and bureau to ensure bureau is delivering quality services as defined in the scope of work .
• Every deployment is validated technically to ensure accuracy, efficiency and coverage in accordance with agreed scope.
• Develop and amend processes to maximize consistency and efficiency in bureau output.
• Help the bureau teams identify technical gaps and train them accordingly.
• Develop processes and tools to support review of building advisor jobs.
• Provide support and training to country managers (located within each country organization), assisting them in driving the uptake and retention of Building Advisor services within their local teams and customer base.
• Share best practices and lessons learnt from bureaus & countries and ensure they are part of global delivery model.
• Provide feedback to the Commercial and Line of Business teams on tool development to support the bureau and country objectives, including collateral, SE specific software solutions, internal and external reports and dashboards

Experience:

• 5+ Years Leadership and Management Experience, ideally managing QA delivery and working with different cultural backgrounds
• Minimum 2 years of full time Building advisor deployment is mandatory.
• Experience working in a global environment
• Experience working in a remote customer delivery model
• Experience implementing process improvement and change management programs

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent knowledge of building management systems and energy usage, HVAC and control systems.
• Hands on experience with BMS system. exposure to EcoStruxure™ Building Operation is mandatory
• Understanding of BacNet, LON and other similar protocols.
• Commissioning and testing experience on site is an added advantage.
• Sound technical knowledge and capability around networking systems and computer systems
• Flexible work hours to support a global team and global customers
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proven process improvement implementation success
• Demonstrated success in Project Management
• Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing key stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience using change management methodology
• Understanding of business improvement processes

• Use existing knowledge base and other resources to assist team to find correct resolution
• Update knowledge base and/or team resources with site or contract specific information, best practices etc based on interactions
• Ensure projects related documentations are updated regularly and status clearly communicated to the team and higher management.
