Automation and Control Systems Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and operating environments and constraints.
• Project Planning: Define the scope of work, planning, and schedule for assigned projects.
• Automation Solution Design: Develop control systems design inputs for the development of automation solutions as specified by project requirements.
• ICS Configuration: Programming, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) such as PLC, SCADA, and DCS.
• Testing and Inspection: Attend and support site surveys, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Site Acceptance Tests (SATs), and commissioning activities at the client facility.
• Documentation: Develop key engineering design documentation, such as Control Narratives, C&E, and Interface Specifications, along with testing procedures, such as FAT, SAT, etc.
• Team Collaboration: Effectively work in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement, while collaborating with engineering and procurement departments.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Applied Physics, or related engineering fields.
• Automation Project Experience: Experience with all phases of automation projects, including conceptual design, implementation, systems testing, start-up, and commissioning.
• Control Systems Integration: Experience in control systems integration with an operating company, systems vendor, or system integrator. Experience with integrating third-party systems and packages with SCADA and DCS.

Salary to be negotiated based on experience and seniority level.
