We’re looking for a forward-thinking and ambitiousApplication Engineer Team Leaderfor our team in Cluj-Napoca.

You will be responsible for supporting our sales offices and business partners, identifying the most suitable products and technical solutions by sizing and selecting, providing special prices and special lead times based on the customer’s requirements.

You will lead the Application Engineering team with additional responsibilities related to team supervision & organization and support to management driving continuous improvement.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Developing and preparing offers and technical proposals with the best selection from Pressure Management portfolio.
• Hiring, training, and supervising the team. The main responsibilities include making sure the team is fully trained, has appropriate tools and procedures in place and is working optimally and efficiently.
• To communicate KPIs and metrics to the management, raise issues and make sure the BU objectives, views and strategies are actively represented and promoted in the site.
• Participating in the development of internal systems and procedures, pursue process improvements and collaborate closely with the rest of the organization to look at new tools, and automations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Building Services, Electric, Physics, Chemistry).
• 3+ year experience in a relevant technical field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in Team Management.
