Advance Software Engineer (Lead) – Full Stack Development & Design Leadership

Experience: 8-10 years

Role Overview:

The Tech Lead will play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of full-stack solutions. This position requires a seasoned professional with a solid background in both front-end and back-end technologies, cloud services, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the design authority, ensuring that architectural decisions align with business objectives and technology standards

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement

• Drive the development of high-quality, scalable, and resilient systems that meet the needs of our users

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine requirements

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond

• Advocate for and implement best practices in software engineering, including Agile and DevOps methodologies

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to the team
Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and analytical approach to challenges

• Deep understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices

• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks

• Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices in a cloud environment
