The Clean Air Technologies division provides flue gas cleaning systems and services for industrial plants, Waste-to-Energy plants, biomass and utility plants as well as for the shipping / maritime industry. The ECA portfolio encompasses carbon capturing, dedusting, DeSOx, DeNOx, multi-pollutants control and flue gas condensing technologies.

ANDRITZ Clean Air Technologies division (ECA) is looking for aSales Engineer, Spare Parts.

In this position you are responsible for selling all spare parts delivered directly to customers’ needs. You are actively in contact with our customers and travel to meet our customers, making their spare parts purchases more efficient. You are responsible for spare parts for our own products and products from other oOEM suppliers for which we offer generic parts. You are influencing for the development of our division’s warehouse operations based on customer-oriented needs and managing stock balances.

In this role, you will work in close cooperation with our customer service organization in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and other agreed regions. Almost without exception, you are in direct contact with end customers. Technical support for certain spare parts or similar products is provided in our global product homes, with whom you are also in close contact. You will be part of the global Clean Air Technologies spare parts team and thus coordinate the implementation of the global spare parts policy in your area of responsibility.

The position requires an extroverted character and customer service readiness. The global role of the position requires at least good skills in both spoken and written Finnish and English.

The locationof this position is ANDRITZ Tampere’s office in Hervanta.

We are looking for candidates with the following experience & expertise:

• a technical/business degree or other equivalent work-related competence

• customer service and sales skills (creating a new customer base is not a problem for you)

• ability to understand mechanical drawings and other technical material (understanding electrical engineering is an advantage)

• Ability to multitask

• knowledge of MS office software, ERP (SAP) and CRM

• independent approach to work and teamwork skills

• ability to adapt to schedule pressures and performance targets

• continuous readiness to travel domestically and occasionally abroad, mostly in the Baltic countries

• good oral and written knowledge of English is essential; Other language skills, especially Russian/Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian/Swedish/German are an advantage
